Pricing sized for small offices
Our services start at RM 660 for an assessment. We do not have minimum contract values or retainer requirements that assume a large organisation.

Migrations go wrong when things move too quickly or when steps are assumed rather than confirmed. Our process builds in deliberate check points at every stage — and we pause and resolve any issue before continuing.
Clients know what is happening and when. There are no surprises and no decisions made without explaining the reasoning first.
Support that does not disappear after handover
Many migration services hand over a completed setup and move on. We include hands-on training sessions within our Guided Migration service, and the Cloud Care arrangement keeps a named contact available throughout the year.
Even for standalone assessment clients, we respond to follow-up questions about the readiness note and tool shortlist without treating them as a separate billable task.

What your fee covers
Pricing that reflects the scale of a small office
We do not require lengthy retainer contracts or minimum spend levels. Each service is a standalone engagement — you choose what suits your situation right now, and you are not locked into more than you need.
The assessment fee can be credited toward the Guided Migration if you decide to proceed, so getting a clear picture first does not cost you twice.

During the assessment, we produce a simple diagram showing where your current files and tools live, and what the proposed cloud structure would look like. It is a reference your team can keep, not a deliverable that disappears after the meeting.
Plain-language tooltips in every handover guide
Terms like "backup schedule," "shared drive permissions," and "admin access" are explained in the handover guide in plain language alongside the technical term — so staff can act on the document without needing to look anything up.
A data safety checklist at each stage
Before moving to the next migration stage, we run through a short safety checklist with the client — confirming backups, access, and that nothing critical has been missed. It takes a few minutes and removes a significant source of anxiety from the process.
Assessment credit toward migration
If you complete a Cloud Readiness Assessment and then decide to proceed with a Guided Migration, the assessment fee is credited. You do not pay for the review twice, and you do not start the migration blind.
